1) Are you still doing "HairMiles?"
Unfortunately we had to stop this scheme due to the fact that Jody used to take care of this as as you know he is no longer involved with the business.
2) Are you open on Mondays?
Ally is in the salon on most Mondays so why not either phone or email the salon on the day.
3) Where can I park my car?
It is a bit of a struggle at the moment with the trams being built but click here to see where to park. There is the Morrison Street Car Park which is around the corner in front of the Premier Travel Inn or the is parking in Manor Place (opposite the Starbucks) or in Grove Street (opposite the Hilton Hotel).
4) Can you do highlights, perms and colour for gents?
Yes of course.
5) Can I pay by credit / debit card?
With pleasure, we accept mastercard, visa, maestro, solo but. I am afraid we do not accept Diners Club or American Express.
6) Can I request a particular stylist to cut my hair?
We would encourage that because every stylist has a different style and if you feel you have a good rapport with your stylist, why break up a winning combination.
7) What special offers do you have at the moment?
Due to great demand we have extended our 20% off all colour on Wednesdays(Conditions Apply) .
Conditions:
a) This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts (E.g. Student discount).
b) If it is your first visit, a small deposit is required to secure the appointment.
c) The colours we use in the salon are: Wella and L'Oreal.
Refund Policy
You will be refunded in full if you cancel or move your appointment exactly 14 days before you are due to come in
If you cancel or move your appointment 13 days before your appointment I will give you a 50% refund.
If you cancel or move your appointment on the day you were meant to come in, you will forfeit the full amount you paid.
